Kristin Fontana - Guiding Stars
4th Friday each Month, 9am PT, 12pm ET

Who is Kristin Fontana?

Kristin graduated from UCLA with a degree in Kinesiology.

Following years in mainstream corporate America, she had a life altering experience on Easter Sunday 1999 when she met Jeffrey Wolf Green. Kristin had the tremendous fortune of attending the live EA schools taught by Jeffrey in the years that followed and is a certified graduate of the School of Evolutionary Astrology.

What is Evolutionary Astrology? Evolutionary Astrology offers tremendous insights into where your Soul has been, your current life purpose, and ultimately where your Soul is going. In much of traditional astrology, the sun, moon and ascendant are emphasized. They undoubtedly play a role in the big picture, however, by diving deeper and uncovering Soul ‘intentions, one can uncover past dynamics, which may have prevented optimal growth and joy. The focal point in Evolutionary Astrology therefore is the position of Pluto, the Soul. It is vitally important to understand where the Soul has been, for just as with a book, you do not read the last chapter first. Evolutionary Astrology will assist in explaining certain tendencies and attractions. If something is not working in your life, it may continue to express itself as a repeating theme until the lesson is learned and the pattern is finally broken. Often times we simply re-create what’s familiar, not necessarily because it’s good for us. Evolutionary Astrology unveils the ‘why’ in these patterns and offers insights and guidance into a Soul’s evolutionary path, enabling one to self empower and create a reality reflecting your Soul’s deepest desires and intentions for this life.

Kristin is a contributor to the books Insights into Evolutionary Astrology (2010), as well as Natural Astrology, International Voices of Evolutionary Astrology, (2021). She has also been writing astrological forecasts for twenty-two years and co-hosts a monthly transits show, Guiding Stars, with EA colleague Rose Marcus, which is listened to worldwide on the web at www.healthylife.net.

She is currently teaching classes in Evolutionary Astrology through www.jwgaea.org. Kristin’s deepest passion lies in the reawakening of the wild feminine, utilizing the EA paradigm to unveil the essence of the Soul’s unbridled nature.

3 False Beliefs That Poison Our Relationships
by Guy Finley -
"Letting Go" Tuesdays, 6pm PT

Here is a list of three false beliefs that betray our hearts and poison our relationships. The more aware we can become of these long-conditioned false beliefs and how they compromise our ability to have fulfilling relationships, the more freedom we will win from them:

False belief # 1: Our value as a person is determined by how others see us.

If we believe our individual worth depends on how others see us, we live with the fear of being judged by them, where trying to win their approval causes us to compromise ourselves again and again. People sense this kind of weakness in us, causing them to resist us, which in turn, makes us feel even "needier." The cycle deepens, things get worse. Here's the solution. Seeing its truth sets us free: we are not in this world to "win" what we believe we must to feel "good" about ourselves, but rather to realize that who we are - our True Self - is already whole, happy, and complete.

False belief #2: We are responsible for the happiness of others.

Each of us experiences disappointment and heartache in life. It's part of the process through which we learn to let go of unnecessary demands and false dependence on others. There's nothing any of us can do to determine the level of happiness of another. We may temporarily please them, but ultimately we are all responsible for ourselves. Even in the most loving relationship, each person is self-responsible. Don't let anyone else coerce you into believing their happiness depends on you. And don't you try to coerce anyone else.

False belief #3: We have to put up with and tolerate people who have made the choice to live with negativity and spread it to others.

If our partner is always spewing negativity on us, we should not act as though it's okay. We're not doing them, or ourselves, any favors by placating them or bowing to their negativity. If we don't learn "how to use" their negativity to strengthen ourselves, our own negative reaction to them will use us up. Instead, we can make up our mind that when we see our partner in that negative state, our attention will remain on our own reactions to them and not on the other person. This shift in attention helps us realize what it is we really need to be free of... "ourselves"! This helps keep us from getting dragged into their state. As a bonus, our new way of acting toward them may actually help them see themselves and give them a chance to come out of their negative state on their own.

When you work with these ideas you may make some discoveries that are difficult to bear. Welcome them instead of resisting your own reaction to them. As you do this you'll come to realize that your most important relationship in life is with the Truth that sets you free. Work on building that, and all your other relationships will benefit.

Finally, consider this last thought: The real source of our resentment toward others is not due to the power we think they have and hold over us; rather it arises from a secret weakness within us that keeps us believing that someone else holds the key to our well being.

Business Insider Secrets: Feel Me
by Linda Mackenzie, C.H.T., Ph.D. (c)

This month we are going into the touchy-feely side of business. This is where you put your business face out to the world. People need to know about your business whether it is to come into your store or buy your product or service online. To have a successful business you need to use all three of these methods:

  • Branding gets your business/product/service known - That's the 'Feel Me'
  • Marketing maintains your branding identity - That's the 'Know Me'
  • Sales sell your brand, products and services - That's the "Touch Me'

All of these things are needed and have to be continually maintained to put money in your pocket. So let's explore the Feel Me - Know Me - Touch Me side of business.

Insider Success Secret 5: The 'Feel Me': Branding

People learn to identify something from either feeling, seeing or hearing. Each person primarily processes from one of these senses the most. Then the other one or two senses play a secondary and/or tertiary role in processing whether to buy something from a business or not. So, to reach as many people as possible, and have the most people buy, it is important to plan and use your brand, marketing, advertising and sales from all sensory perspectives. Let's take a quick quiz. What companies are these? You're in Good Hands with...? Can You Hear Me Now? Don't squeeze the…? All Positive Talk Radio? Sorry. Not Sorry. That last one was an unabashed plug for my radio network...HealthyLife.net. Whether you got HealthyLife.net or not, I am sure that you knew at least one name of the companies above. That is an example of excellent BRANDING.

What is a Brand?

  • A brand is your Company's Identity which resides in your customers hearts and minds.
  • It is the product or company name, tag line and logo.
  • All successful companies develop and are consistent with their brand AND USE IT IN EVERY PUBLIC CONTACT.
  • The more the brand is known the more people recognize and identify with it - so the MORE they BUY.
  • Use your brand in marketing, print ads, on business cards, websites, flyers, banner ads…ON EVERYTHING!

If the reality is that the majority of people respond to what they perceive, then Branding is about your Aura. In essence your Business Aura. It is the feeling, the sense, the connotations of your brand which people respond to. Keep in mind branding is NOT about ego or 'all about me.' Branding IS about:

  • YOU understanding your CUSTOMER
  • Your CUSTOMER understanding YOU
  • Your CUSTOMER understanding that YOU are the only solution to their problem

Objectives of a good Brand:

  • Deliver a Clear Message
  • Confirm Your Credibility
  • Connect your Customer Emotionally
  • Motivate the Buyer
  • Cement User Loyalty

How do you find your brand? This is where you have to define:

  • Your company mission and core values
  • Your company's personality
  • What makes your company special
  • The product or service you offer
  • Your target market
  • Your tagline

Let's take a look at how to identify your target market. This is about who buys your product.

  • First look at your DEMOGRAPHIC. This includes whether your customer is male or female, whether they are single, married, divorced; their age, education, occupation, income levels, religious and ethnic background.
  • Next go to the GEOGRAPHIC: Do they live in the suburbs or the city? Do they rent or own? What groups, associations or clubs do they belong to? What are their hobbies and leisure activities? Do they shop in stores, online, from catalogs? Do they use cash, debit or credit cards?
  • Lastly you go to your customer's PSYCHOGRAPHIC: This includes their lifestyle, perceived social status, personal attitudes/values/beliefs and knowledge level of your business, product or service. When that is done ask yourself the questions, "How are they like me?" and "How are they different from me?"

Now take all this information and make 1 or 2 sentences out of it - and that's your target market!.
