Account Exec
Responsibilities: Looking for a positive take-charge creative
personality to sell and service new and existing business accounts
and generate revenue through sales of radio ad campaigns. With a positive
attitude and the ability to build B2B credibility and trust, the candidate
will target global, national and local accounts; prepare and present
sales packages and creative concepts; negotiate with clients and ad
agencies; and provide regular reports to Sales Manager regarding daily
call sheets, new prospects and forecasts.
Qualifications: Must be organized, detail oriented, resourceful
and have strong communication and presentation skills; A college degree
with outside sales experience in media is preferred. A proven track
record of building and maintaining relationships at highest client
and agency levels a plus.

Coupon Sales - Part Time (South Bay)
Responsibilities: Working closely with our Sales Manager you should
be enthusiastic, highly motivated to sell coupons to local businesses.
Handling outside sales calls; Prospect customers and lead generation;
Provide input on sales promotion ideas to sales management; Develop
new business contacts; Attain pre-defined revenue budget goals through
effective solicitations, promotions and service; Understand the business
objectives and advertising strategies of clients and find ways to
help them achieve their objectives.
Qualifications: Must have strong organizational and presentation
skills; be an energetic self-starte and the ability to overcome objections;
graphic artist experience a plus, but not required; A professional
appearance is a must. May lead to a full time sales position.

Op Radio Engineer - Part Time (South
Bay)
Responsibilities: Looking for a reliable, dependable, punctual,
self-starter professional to do production, recording and editing
of scheduled live and pre-recorded radio shows. Must be able to multi-task
and be positively personable to handle hosts, guests and callers.Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years in a radio or broadcasting environment. Knowledge
of IBM PC, audio sound equipment (including Mackie Boards, compressors,
gates, etc.), PBX phone equipment and audio recording software including
Audobe Audition.

Intern - Radio News Journalist
Responsibilities: Assists with News show production, research,
identify and write feature stories.Qualifications: Must be
a dependable, reliable self-starter with a fundamental knowledge and
interest in radio broadcast journalism. College students or recent
college grads with Marketing, Business, English, Journalism as a major
is a plus.
Intern - Social Media
Responsibilities: Contribute, create and monitor posts on Blog,
Facebook, Twitter, Digg, MySpace, Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube and other
social networks. Qualifications: Must be knowledgable of social
media and social media optimization with a minimum of 3 years of web
experience with a solid knowledge of social media and SEO concepts.
Intern - Radio Promotions
Responsibilities: Assists in marketing and sales promotion,
creating, planning and executing of station events and appearances,
liaison with listeners and client relations, public relations, targeted
email campaigns and other special events. Qualifications:
Must be responsible, reliable, detailed oriented and a fun people
person. Vocational broadcasting students accepted. Some experience
in radio promotions preferred but not required. A valid California
driver's license and clean driving record is required.
Intern - Video Promotions
Responsibilities: Assists in marketing and sales promotion,
creating, planning, filming and editing of station events, 'man in
the street' interviews, appearances and special projects. Qualifications:
Must be responsible, reliable, detailed oriented, fun people person
individual. Knowledge of Panasonic AG-DVX100A Camcorder (Mini DV)
camera & Adobe Premiere or other video editing software.
