Shrimp Scampi Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes, 1-large skillet 1 lb. fresh or frozen thawed shrimp Over low heat, in a large skillet melt
butter and olive oil. Place fresh or thawed frozen shrimp in a
single layer in bottom of skillet. Sprinkle shrimp with salt,
black pepper, cayenne pepper and spices. Cook over medium heat
for 4-5 minutes. Turn shrimp over and cook an additional 4-5 minutes.
Sprinkle grated Romano cheese over shrimp in skillet. Remove from
heat. Serve immediately over basmati rice, brown rice, quinoa
