Health & Spirit History
Since 1995, Creative Health & Spirit has pioneered the way for people
to obtain a healthy, happy fulfilling life in a positive way.
In 1995, Founder Linda Mackenzie, a telecommunications engineer to the
airlines and Fortune 1000 companies decided her goal in life was to help
people. She started an informational natural health and awareness radio
talk show called Creative Health & Spirit, manufactured awareness
products, wrote several award-winning books, started working on her Doctorate
in Clinical Hypnotherapy, went on the lecture circuit, made award-winning
self-healing audiovisualization tapes and appeared on a multitude of national
and international radio and TV shows.
From 1998 through 2000, Linda became President of Creative Health &
Spirit Products (CHSP) with former GNC executive Barbara Savin. CHSP became
the first company to actualize the mind-body healing concept with physical
products by combining quality supplements and audiovisualization tapes
for a myriad number of illnesses and dis-ease.
In March 1999 Linda produced an industry first audiovisualization tape,
Help yourself Heal-Menopause. In 2000 her industry praised and
acclaimed book Help yourself heal with self hypnosis was published
and was later translated into Polish for distribution to Poland.
In September 2001, realizing that local radio stations and quality non-sensationalistic
information was becoming non-existent. Linda left Creative Health &
Spirit Products and in October, 2002 started one of the first "Live"
positive radio stations on the Internet - CHSR HealthyLife.Net which is
broadcasted over the Internet and syndicated on other Internet Stations.
In 2005, HealthyLife.Net has reached over 11 million listeners in 49 countries
by word of mouth alone. Today the station, an associate member of NAB
(National Association of Broadcasters) continues to grow in audience size
numbers and is pursuing syndication in other venues.
The station can be found at Creative Health & Spirit's website-www.HealthyLife.net.
