Our shows are available as commercial-free .mp3 downloads for $4.95 each for up to 13 weeks after airing. You can pay by paypal (to pay by check see 'How It Works' below) then after payment is received and processed we will send you an email which will include the link to download the file.

Find the show (or shows) you want to purchase (they are $4.95/each) and either click on the Pay Pal link (they accept credit cards) or to pay by check - Send us the following information: host name, show date and order number (found on the podcast show page) and your email address with a check to Creative Health & Spirit, P.O. Box 385, Manhattan Beach CA 90267.

After payment is received and processed (either paypal or check) we will email you the link to download the file to your email address.
