Contest Rules & Eligibility

Read the specific contest rules on how to participate or enter a HealthyLife.Net contest. HealthyLife.Net is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty in service outages, computer difficulties, accessing the Internet, other technical glitches or services outages. Contests are open to all listeners who are 21 years of age or older and are a legal resident of the United States.

By participating in our site or contest activities you certify that you meet all of our requirements on this Site. Please see Acceptance of Terms for additional information.

Listeners are eligible to win only once every 90 days. All entries are limited to one entry per household unless stated otherwise. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest. Only one entry per email address by the authorized account holder of the email address is permitted. An incomplete entry is not eligible.

The winner will be contacted by email and all prizes will be mailed to the winner. HealthyLife.Net is not responsible for the safe arrival of prizes. Prizes are not transferable and can not be redeemed for cash value. Decisions of station management are final. Payments of all state, federal and local taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS 1099 form, W-9 or equivalent.

By participating in HealthyLife.Net Contests the winner(s) agree to have their name, voice or likeness used in any broadcasting or advertising material related to the contest without any financial compensation. If prizes include travel, contest winners and their traveling companions agree to sign a liability release prior to acceptance stating that winners will hold HealthyLife.Net, its affiliates, advertisers and its parent corporation harmless against any and all claims or liability arising indirectly or directly from the contest or prize.

Healthylife.Net reserves the right to disqualify anyone in violation of the rules or tampering with the entry process and HealthyLife.Net reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time for technical failure, computer virus contamination, technical failures or any reason as it sees fit. In addition, HealthyLife.Net reserves the right to make changes in contest rules, including prize substitution of a prize of equivalent value to be effective as of announcement. Employees and members of employee's family of HealthyLife.net, its parent company Creative Health & Spirit, participating sponsors and advertisers are ineligible to win or participate. No purchases are necessary and Contests are void where prohibited.

Termination and General Information

This Site at its sole discretion can delete, change or modify any USER postings, block access to this site, without notice or liability from or to the user. This Agreement is governed by the Laws of the State of California. Jurisdiction for any claims shall lie exclusively in California and be done by and under the rules and regulations of the American Arbitration Association at Los Angeles, California.
